• Pick up your Shinkansen tickets at Tokyo City i (Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit, 1st basement floor of the KITTE building) before departure.
• Tickets may be collected on the day before or the day of departure.

• Opening hours: 9am to 7pm.
• Ticket collection is unavailable outside operating hours.
• The operator is not responsible if guests miss the Shinkansen due to failure to collect tickets during operating hours.
